I recently had the extraordinary opportunity to stay at Stayokay Assumburg, an enchanting hostel located in a historical castle that truly exceeded my high expectations. The beautifully restored castle not only offered a unique atmosphere, but also remarkable sound insulation and incredibly comfortable mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep that felt nothing short of indulgent. I was particularly impressed by the efficient heating system, which maintained a cozy environment throughout my stay, making the castle feel like a warm sanctuary against the winter chill. Waking up to a delightful buffet breakfast, included in the affordable price, was a splendid start to my day, with a variety of options to fuel my adventures in the picturesque countryside.
